Never good enough: Responding to perfectionistic self-criticism as a therapist using flexibility and compassion

December 9, 2021 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

APS professional development

About this event

The APS is pleased to host this webinar with the College of Clinical Psychologists.

Therapist self-criticism is a pervasive problem for both early career and experienced psychologists and is likely to contribute to stress, burnout, and leaving the profession.

This webinar aims to give participants an opportunity to explore their own self-criticism in a safe, gentle, and pragmatic way, and develop more helpful ways of responding that reduce the impact of the criticism, enhance self-compassion, and support values-based action.
