Inspire. Influence. Change.
About the event
With a renewed national focus on mental health and our workforce recovery, this conference focuses on strengthening the specialised skills of Rehabilitation Counsellors to meet the future needs of our community and support the ever changing ‘future of work’.
At present there is an acknowledged need for vocational support due to factors such as COVID19, a steady increase in mental health injuries (primary and secondary) and the ever increasing body of research regarding psychosocial risks as the largest barrier to return to work and recovery. As Rehabilitation Counsellors, now is the time to shine.
The program will capture the conference themes of Inspire. Influence. Change. These themes will encourage us to explore how we can inspire clients in their transition through change, influence stakeholders with strategic leadership and change perceptions to improve lives and communities.
