Reach more people, change more lives and increase your revenue (100% Ahpra-aligned)
Join the Private Practice Online Course Academy
Here’s the thing…With a “trading time for money” business model, your growth is dependent entirely on your available time. So if reaching more people and changing more lives in a way that is sustainable, where you can help others and earn what you are worth sounds good to you, it’s time to lose the “trading time for money” mindset and look at new ways of growing your practice.
The Private Practice Online Course is an online course and community experience that includes all the resources you need to create an ethical online healthcare course that improves the health of your patients / clients at scale.

What to post on LinkedIn as an allied health private practice owner: 24 post ideas
LinkedIn has evolved into a powerful platform for allied health professionals to connect, network, and showcase their work. 5 Things You Need to Know For Private Practice Growth in 2023
It has been an interesting couple of years in the private practice world. Navigating through the pandemic and the constantly changing environment has seemingly changed the game for the industry at large. And despite life being back to “normal” for most of us, a lot of uncertainties remain, with new sets of issues arising just as we find our feet managing the current set.
As private practice business coaches, we at Kong & Way have been fortunate to support our clients in real-time as everything as we knew it changed, starting with the sheer demand for mental health support and the internal management of the team and admin processes to support it.
We’ve learnt some valuable lessons about building an adaptive and sustainable private practice, and would love to share some insight with AAPi members who are gearing up their private practice for 2023. If managed right, we believe it’s possible to not only stay resilient against further economic and social challenges in the new year, but grow.
The Allied Health Expansion Program: Rethinking how to prepare a workforce to enable improved public health outcomes
Improvements in global public health require universal health care supported by a health workforce with competencies appropriate for local population needs–the right capabilities, in the right place, and at the right time. Health inequities persist in Tasmania, and Australia more broadly, most notably for those people living in rural and remote areas. The article describes the curriculum design thinking approach being used to codesign and develop a connected system of education and training to target intergenerational change in the allied health (AH) workforce capacity in Tasmania, and beyond.
What can we learn from experiences in general practice during the COVID-19 pandemic? A qualitative study
Experiences with organizational changes in daytime general practices and out-of-hours (OOH) services during the COVID-19 pandemic may help to address the challenges in general practice care that were already a concern before the crisis. This study aimed to describe these experiences and the potential usefulness of the organizational changes for future general practice care and any future pandemics.
