Taking care of our Mental Health and Well-being is crucial given the current world circumstances. If we are mentally healthy, we as health professionals are more capable of caring for our clients.
Mental Health Facts
According to Beyond Blue Support Services, 3 Million Australians are living with anxiety or depression.
Beyond Blue provides information and support to help everyone in Australia achieve their best possible mental health, whatever their age and wherever they live. You can get involved by making a donation, volunteering, fundraising, or joining their online community.
We are proud to announce that the Australian Allied Health Awards have again chosen to support the amazing work of Beyond Blue. $5 from every ticket sold is going directly to supporting Beyond Blue, in addition to donations and a raffle at the awards gala on 25th September 2021 in Sydney.
